WHAT THE OWNER LIKES ABOUT THE HOME:

My home is located in the most beautiful street of the area, full of trees and cute houses, very quite and clean and near by big pharmacies, supermarkets, schools and more. No traffic! It is safe for my children to play outside with me just watching from the inside of the house. From the outside it looks small but it is actually much bigger. It has a great and convenient layout allowing me to go very easily from one room to another. It has large windows all over the place making the house always bright inside and giving you a very good view of the nice area and the backyard. With the spacious bedrooms and a lot of closets, everything is organize!… specially with the walking-closet in my room… I love it! The main bathroom is big and with the shower separated from the tub I can manage very easily to give a bath to everyone at the same time. Kitchen “my special department” is big and full of cabinets, with a large counter where I prepare several dishes in just minutes without running out of space. Also it has a lot of windows that give me light, fresh air and sight control of the backyard while, again, my kids are playing. A house with bricks keeps the inside fresh during the summer and warm during the winter. The backyard… Oh!… that is great! It has a nice size and a grass lawn where the little ones love to play. During the summer, we put a big air pool for them and have BBQ almost everyday. Small but big! Easy to clean! Good neighborhood!  I love this home!
